In no event will KG Web Solutions be liable for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate web pages or a web site.

KG Web Solutions is not in any way affiliated with any web hosting company. Any web hosting service requires a separate contract with the client's chosen web hosting company. KG Web Solutions offers no guarantees for service reliability for the client's chosen web hosting company.

The client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to KG Web Solutions for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements.

KG Web Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing for extraordinary site work. Both KG Web Solutions and the client must mutually agree on any price adjustments prior to commencement of work.

*Note: KG Web Solutions wishes to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. A written contract will be signed by both parties upon agreement of work to be undertaken to make clear our understandings with each other.
